Across Kenya's 47 counties, young entrepreneurs supported by the NYOTA Project are building businesses, creating opportunities and strengthening their communities, and this is how you put one of them forward.

Why Submit

Joining the NYOTA journey.

The National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA) Project is a five-year Government of Kenya initiative, funded by the World Bank, that works to increase employment, earnings and savings among young people in all 47 counties.

These awards recognise the young entrepreneurs the programme supports — "Kuza, Imarisha, Endeleza Vijana!" — and NYOTA Youth Awards 2026 is a chance to celebrate the businesses they are building.

Details of the recognition for NYOTA honourees will be announced.
